Were they planted 'in the green' Glass?

They take better like that. (now would be a good time to plant some for next year if you could get hold of some still with their leaves on.

Some of these go back 45 years*Gracesmum*. I think the dividing thing sounds right. Ta. Hadn't thought of that!

According to the delectable Monty, if they are in their first year (and yours are not) give them time, they needed a lot of water in the autumn and last year was dry so plenty of water in September/October. If they are established, he suggests they need lifting and dividing.He was visiting a garden which had daffs going back over 50 years.

If daffs have come up blind this year, do you think they will flower again in the future? Or should I have them out and put new in, in the autumn?

They are well established and have flowered in the past. Do get daffs get finally past it?
