glamma tee hee, and I sort of know what you mean. We have large pigeons (the common ones because I know where they come from - they nest under the rail bridge near our house) - that come and eat the bird food, so no other birds come near it anyway because there are always 4 or 5 pigeons patrolling. The problem is - they sit on our roof waiting when the food supply is not there/finished and leave large pooh streaks down our glass sliding door - usually when we've just cleaned it. Gr. So we stopped feeding them, but they still come and "march" up and down. It does make me feel guilty - this has gone on for well on a year now, they don't turn up for a while, and then one day they're back again.
