I have been looking in surrounding gardens for ideas for colour at this time of year. What is this one called pleased? I am sure I know but having a senior moment. Thanks.
I moved my pink Japanese Anemone from one end of the garden to t'other because it just sat and did nothing much (too chilly and soggy in winter). Now flowering vigorously in front of a 'Royal Purple' smoke tree, which is a good combination. I'll try for a picture.
The anemone originally came from my son's garden in London, where it had been trampled, dug out numerous times, covered over by decking, and still kept emerging triumphant!
My DH has been growing this plant for three years. He's lost the label, and can't remember it's name. Do any of you keen gardeners or plants women know what it is?
