Exactly gracesmum I'm feeling a bit put on today. I know that it's good that they ALL want to come here but we suggested to middle daughter that we go to see her in N London and take them out for lunch. But she would rather that her two sisters, plus partners and 3 children, and brother, plus partner and two very boisterous boys, all come here so they can all see each other. That's seventeen altogether! None of them are ungrateful but............. hmm

kitty get them all to bring something for the buffet and let them do the work and you can sit with your feet up and enjoy having them all together grin

I think it is very apt and I should paste it on my forehead. I have been working since I got off the place on Wednesday helping son and DIL move. confused I have always told my children to travel light (don't have sooo much stuff) but obviously my son and DIL didn't take any notice.
