They may have a disposal point for clinical waste.

Lucky Nannynora and Grandpa. Two weeks with your little DGS. I would suggest pull-ups for a potty-trained, 2 and a half year old. I have never taken my grandkids away on holiday. I just couldn’t manage on my own.

Take lots and lots of wet wipes, nappysacks etc

And swim nappies!

Both DDs have used Aldi's mammia nappies and pull ups. Whenever they have had to get pampers or Huggies they have leaked and caused rashes. When DGS2 was a couple of months he had a hospital visit and the consultant commented that his baby had the mammia ones too. Also you will need swim nappies (any brand) to take him in the pool. They are made so they don't leak wee or worse in the water. They can be washed and dried out a couple of times. Try and get the right size though. Goes by weight. Childminder told DD2 nappies were too small so she got next size and they fell off! Have fun. Would love to go there.

The lidl or aldi brand are great! No need to spend a fortune on name brands

If you have access to a washing machine and dryer, taking the reusable ones is not an issue - that is what I did with my kids

I guess I could put him in disposable nappies when we go out and about..just need to get the right size x

I just used a wet-dry bag to store the cloth diapers while we were out.

Pretty much what I do now when we go anywhere Hithere,and into the nappy bucket when we get home

Another one to recommend Lidl and Aldi nappies, and to bring some of your own washable ones. A mixture is great when on hols - my daughter does that.

If he's 2 and a half, you might consider thinking about potty training in next few months. You have to watch for signs of readiness. My 22 month old grandson will sit on potty and do a wee - delighted with himself! Gets lots of praise, tho parents not planning to train him yet. However, daughter said they might leave nappy off for a while in the evening, with potty to hand and see what happens. Wood floor in sitting room so puddles not an issue!

Pull up disposable for absolute sure.
You dont want to be washing a thing on your holidays, well, i wouldn't that for sure, but im not you hahaha.

As someone said, plenty wipes.

We went to New York when my youngest GD in nappies, my daughter changed nappies in doorways, on back seat of tour bus, on park benches, we all huddled round for privacy hahaha, then the used disposable was promptly thrown in a public bin, end of.

I have to agree, holidays are not for washing nappies. Lidl pull ups and who knows they might potty train themselves. Oh make sure you have the swim versions for the pool and have a lovely time.

I used to treat myself to disposable nappies when we went on holiday, it made it more of a holiday for me!

I don’t mean I wore nappies, my children did! With two babies just 13 months apart, washing the Terry nappies was hard work that I would leave at home!

The size depends on his weight- ask your dd what that is now- or weigh him!

Another vote for Lidl. Do the job and not as expensive as named brands. So much easier than towelling nappies. Enjoy CP. Haven't been there for years. Sure it'll be a great holiday.

My daughter used Aldi nappies for her youngest and never had any problems. Like others have said, don't forget the swim nappies. I'm sure you'll have a lovely time and make some special memories. I have always loved taking my grandchildren away over the years,
once to Spain with a 3year old and the rest camping, caravanning in this country varying in number from 1-4 and ranging in age starting at 3, getting older now but we all have some fab memories.

Pampers pull ups size 5. Pack of x4 wet wipes and nappy bags. This grandma no’s. A thing or 2. I have had 22 month old in and 3 year old in this size. Good fit, does not leak. Worth paying for better fit nappies with less clothes to wash. Have a great holiday.

Both my daughter & daughter in law used Aldi nappies as well as Aldi wipes.

Depending upon his age, we swear by Tesco’s disposable pant nappies, very easy even for a GrandDad to manage, and, although they are single use, plastic bags to pop them into before disposing of them are useful if they are soiled. Asda do non plastic wipes that are non fragranced, Tesco might too but we only used Tesco for delicious verses during lockdown so not sure, our usual, supermarket is Asda
