Grandchildren making you laugh

I went for a walk last night with my 10 year old granddaughter whom I do not see very often due to distance and had a good old belly laugh. I hadn’t realised what a wicked sense of humour she has until we began our walk. Well I have never enjoyed a walk so much and nearly cried with laughter on several occasions. I look forward to the next walk with her.

My grandson (8) said he’d had a terrible day at school as he’d ‘suffered a random assault’ - turned out a girl had tried to hug him! 🤣

My friend, who is very posh told me her 5 year old granddaughter recently said “ when we talk about you at home we call you Grandma so why does my Daddy call you “your f***ing mother”.

My grandson who was 5 at the time went to the toilet. I then heard him shout "It's not working"! I thought maybe the toilet wasn't flushing so I then went through and met him at the door. He had a piece of toilet roll in hand and said "This paper is not working ...... I wiped my bum but there is nothing on it! Ha ha Bless him.

It was even funnier because my friend is terribly posh, convent educated and speaks beautifully. I have never heard her use a swear word in our lives. 🤣

My 2 year old granddaughter was watching the men’s 8 win the gold medal. She looked very puzzled afterwards. ‘Mummy, are they sitting on a crocodile?’
