Unfortunately, whatever name you give a child, even if you think it is unusual is likely to have been the brainwave of half of the parents of the other children in the class when your child starts school.
Usually, children go through a period of hating their name. If they still hate it as teenagers or adults they can change it, so you don't need to worry about that aspect.
Some ill-mannered people will make fun of a name, or refuse to pronounce or spell it correctly. This happened to me - I dealt with it by simply refusing to answer unless addressed correctly. Not a tactic that commended itself to my teachers, but there was nothing they could do about it, as called to order my standard reply was, "Oh, I am so sorry Mrs. W. /Miss J, I did not realise you were speaking to me. My name is not Y but X."
It is worth considering if the given name you choose goes with, your surname of not.o
A friend of mine, a parson, spent a long time trying to get a pair of parents to see that the initials of the three given names they had chosen plus that of their surname spelt P.I.S.S.
