Just been watching him on our local news (he’s a local MP as well as a Deputy Leader of Labour Party).

He’s lost a grear deal of weight and doesn’t even look like the same man. He looks years younger and has reversed his type 2 diabetes.

Inspirational. Well done that man!

mmm I could, but I must resist.

I bought some Cretan honey from Lidl, it's delicious. Is that advertising?
Otherwise I try to buy local honey

Low carb eating is very effective. My DH has lost 38 pounds since being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in March. His diet was pretty poor before but he was committed to changing his ways and controlling his diabetes through his diet. We both did a lot of research and found Michael Mosley very inspirational. I have lost 36 pounds as well and we both feel great. Last week we bought a 15kg bag of dog food which was very hard to lift and DH pointed out that that was more or less the amount of weight we had lost. Tom Watson has done extremely well for a man in his position who must attend a lot of functions with food and alcohol readily available.
