Does anyone use it and have noticed any benefits ?

as teens we used to put honey in our hair if we werent allowed hair dye or highlights: only slightly worked & left hair over hydrated and felted and bleugh
lemon juice, noitanan - then sit in the sun to make your hair go a greenish blonde grin

thanks for the tips about breaking down the skin - I need something to gently heal skin (sunburnt, silly me)

Should have said coffee/latte spoons as they're the ones I use with long handles and small bowls. You could use less honey. That's just the amount I use as, if you use less, then you might as well not use any.

There is more Manuka Honey sold then produced, so a large percentage of it is fake, so unless you know its genuine I wouldn't waste your money. Good local honey works just as wells for sore throats.

I take a spoonful of m honey every morning usually 15 + from H & B .I have Diverticular and it stops the flair ups,I swear by it,cost isn't an issue when you've been hospitalized with Diverticulitis.
