So tired of it all

I'm so so tired of life, each day is harder than the one before. I have both physical and mental health problems, and I feel like its all such a fight. Do I have to keep going? Why can't I just end it? Go to bed and never wake up, it would be better for everyone.

I have depression and anxiety also, and take a low dose of anti depressants.
I am in pain also and will have a colonoscopy soon. I empathise with you, and understand you are in far more pain than me so it must be very hard.
Make sure you are getting help and try to enjoy what you can. I wish you well. flowers
