HELP! Skin tags are taking over my body!

I have so many skin tags on my body. I know its quite normal in later life (I’m 62) but they are so unsightly, especially the ones on my neck.
I have tried so many remedies. Bought stuff from the internet that promised to get rid of them in two days etc. Nothing works. My GP surgery used to offer removal, but no longer does this. Any ideas?

I’ve loads of really annoying skin tags and flat disc like blemishes. I think our GPs still offer a freezing/cauterise service. I had a skin tag removed next to my boob as it kept bleeding but would love some of the others removed.

A beauty therapist trained in advanced electrolysis can do these. I had loads of flat brown lesions under my breasts which I had done this way as well as a seborrhoeic wart, those red blood blister spots (Campbell de Morgan spots) and fleshy moles. Obviously done without anaesthetic but it's not that painful. Far better than having surgery or liquid nitrogen which scars. It's a really good solution and cost me £85 for 30 minutes and she does as many as she can in that time. Honestly it's the best thing no scarring at all.
