Weight loss pills and injections.

Has anyone tried any prescription or otc weight loss pills or injections?
I’ve got 1/2 a stone to shift and it’s just not happening.
I’ve tried for a year and nothing seems to work.
Pre menopause I would have shifted it in a few weeks.
I’ve been reading up on the different pills and injections available and wondered if any of you had direct experience.

I’m type 2 diabetic and have been on Ozempic for many years. All of a sudden it, ‘sorry we don’t have any’, month after month. The reason being, I think, is that all the rich and famous have got on the bandwagon with this stuff buying it online and there’s none left.
Most annoying to say the least

Well this thread is nearly a year old and I can tell you all I still have 1/2 a stone to shift!
I’m going to start intermittent fasting………again!
