That's incredible! I'm curious, did your doctor suspect the Sertraline would help with migraines or was it a happy surprise?

My migraines seem to be triggered by hunger, cold and certain foods (mostly cheap ice cream, tinned curry products and cheese sauce from a jar). I don't have tips for a cure but I found several years ago that I don't get the pain if I stay sitting up with my head upright. For years I'd been going to bed and getting horrendous head pain, which developed on whichever side I was lying on. I also take a pink Migraleve as soon as the visuals come, as the pain will come no matter what if I don't. So, my way of coping is pink Migraleve and staying upright. Not much help, probably, but it just might work for someone reading this.

No, but I am on a cocktail of medication following a heart operation and for the first time in 52 years I'm free from migraines, and oh what a surprise and joy!
