I've got it really badly in my neck , top of my spine.
Tried so many different pillows.

Has your arthritis been helped by taking hrt? I was on gel and utrogestan a few years ago and I think it helped pain issues. But have since come off for heavy bleeding, uterine polyps and most importantly the rage and bowel issues on utrogestan.

Perhaps I need to try a different form of hrt.

Thank you

When I started with menopause I quickly became rather stiff all over HRT sorted it. It returned when I came off it. Don’t know if that was arthritis.
Didn’t stop my hips packing up. The orthopedic surgeon nodded in approval when I told him I am still on. HRT.
When I broke my wrist about five years ago. It was a displaced fracture from a heavy fall I was told if I hadn’t been on HRT. I would have smashed it to bits. Didn’t have a plate it was just pulled back into line.
Regarding you and HRT have you seen a gynaecologist or orthopedic guy for their opinion or just your GP
