I have the covers over my head winter and summer 🤣

I’m currently sitting in my nice warm sitting room and my nose is frozen!
I’ve never noticed before.

Yes I've had a cold nose while sleeping in the winter but
now its a bit warmer so is the nose.

Dogs noses are cold when they are healthy.

If you cup your hand round it your palm freezes. 😂

Shinamae I’ve noticed that during the night. I suppose it’s the extremity of our body that’s not undercover and is exposed to the cooler air overnight.

I’m not going to worry about my cold snout unless I find myself with a wagging tail to go with it 🐶

My nose is just really snuffly at night!!

I have this often during the day as well as at night. Sometimes my nose feels so cold it’s painful. No idea why. Does anyone know?

I have Raynauds in my hands and feet…..my daughter has it on/in her nose. Her nose is always bright red and gets very very cold. I didn’t even realise that was possible!

My hands, nose and toes are often very cold. Even on warm days. I wonder if it’s circulation given they are the extremities

I have Raynauds, diagnosed in my early 20’s so my nose is often cold, including in bed at night when my hands are too if they’re outside the covers. About 25deg I’m ok.

Yes, I use my nose as a thermometer. If the temperature goes down my nose will tell me. I'm currently in bed, I'm nice and warm but my nose is very cold.

Nose feet hands and ears forever cold. Still wearing thermals thick tights and gloves it's ridiculous.

Exactly, put some heating on in your room.

My feet are so cold that they hurt in winter , but are OK if I wear double socks .
If sitting I tend to circle them - unaware that I'm doing it .

I am a good dog my nose is always cold and if outside running!

Yes I always wake with a cold nose, only top part of y head sticks above the duvet.

Ah, not alone then! I thought it was just me. However I noticed wearing masks in worst COVID years did bring relief. If a decent nose warmer could be patented I wonder how it could be attached without looking too ridiculous - ie, without elastic around the ears!

if I have my arms outside the duvet they get cold and my shoulders hurt, I have to cover them up, I 've found that my nose is cold too ,sitting at the moment at my computer, I don't feel cold ,my hands are warm, when I touch my face ..it's cold, I wonder if it's because my hands are warm that my face feels cold when I touch it with warm hands..

Cut the feet off an old pair of socks then you have some ankle warmers over your good socks. Put them on cut end first.
