Thanks for commenting,
I have found a company through Co-op insurance Zurich, good price which covers all our medical insures and cancellation. So good to go.

There are umpteen threads about this on Gransnet.

Here is one.

Try paying too much.com or Staysure.

I’ve no personal experience of travel insurance but Good To Go insurance advertise on TV and radio that they cover all ages and health conditions.

All clear who we went with for our annual insurance last year are now charging almost £1700 to the Med which includes cruises.
This does not include cancellation of the holiday for any reason
I thought I had found a broker MIA Brokersure insurance but when I checked their reviews on trust pilot were 88% 1 star.
My husband is 78 and I am 80 this November.
We have been with Staysure some years ago and but when we made a claim we were told to claim on our household insurance which we thought was cheeky considering we were abroad on holiday.
Any recommendations would be appreciated.
