Just had a text to invite me to have this. Has anyone had theirs yet and if so, what side effects did you have.
I can actually book for tomorrow but am going on Friday. 😊

In Scotland, it is different. In the Greater Glasgow Health Board area (which is huge), you are sent an appointment from NHS inform, at a specific venue. You can then go online and change it to a different time or venue if it is unsuitable..
I don't know about rural areas up North.

I woke up at 4am with a blinding headache and painful arm. A small price to pay.

Had mine, Moderna, 9.30 am, then 3am next morning very unwell, fever, nausea, pounding headache and legs gave way so crawled to the bathroom, it lasted a few hours. I may not have it next year.

Just had my covid jab two days ago: no problems at all. Ditto my OH.

I had mine yesterday, not even an achey arm, but then I’ve never had any reaction to COVID injections. Glad I DID and have it as yesterday I heard of someone who had COVID so bad he couldn’t keep food down and had to go to hospital with dehydration.

Had mine last Saturday, no effects at all. My sister and her husband had a sore arm for a few days but nothing else.

Moderna last Saturday. Followed by 5 days of being unable to do much due to being lightheaded, wobbly and shivery. Same as a previous Moderna. Pfizer has no after effects whatsoever. Seriously considering no more Moderna.

I thought I had got off lightly, but now feel awful, vomiting and upset stomach.
It won't put me off having it again., a small price to pay.

I have mine in 2 weeks time and will be prepared for the headache from hell for 12 hours.

Last time a friend quite coincidentally had sent me an MS Afternoon tea gift by post. Which arrived just as the headache was wearing off. That was the best cup,of tea and cake ever.
