My lovely locum GP referred me to a urology specialist.

Estriol cream, HRT patches - lowered hormones is a factor
Scan (that was fun, eye inserted) check for damage/polyps etc
Recommend reducing/cutting out caffeine
Recommend exercise by gently stopping mid flow, but not straining - upbringing of going "just in case" before leaving home is a cause
Check on your stitches etc/ damage in childbirth (my 28 was a factor)
Prescription for Microbegron to relax the muscles retraining them

identical to my experience

Vagifem pessaries, twice weekly (prescribed for vaginal atrophy - but bladder receptors are also improved) has improved things 100% for me.

I don’t want to be controversial but I have solved my overnight dry mouth by using a small amount of micropore to tape my mouth. It’s a personal thing but I find it helpful.
