Weight loss injections/ treatments

This thread is for support and queries arising from injections and other treatments…please be kind..

Know from another thread, some comments/opinions are very judgmental…obesity is a condition which affects a lot of people..we shouldn’t feel bad about trying to lose weight in any form…

I’ve only told 2 people as it seems many have strong views against the weight loss injections but, surely, whether we can get tier 3 NHS treatment or, private treatment, shows we’re acting responsibly for our individual health

Wondering how many people are struggling alone?

I’ve had gastric issues this week after my Monday dose .. in fact emergency bathroom visits 😱
Today all ok and feel calmer … have dropped a size and this feels very motivating ..😊

Took my first (2.5) dose 2 hours ago. I was so nervous doing the jab but didn't feel a thing. Haven't lost any weight yetgrin

Mt62 did you experience severe symptoms ? I was aware that you could get mild to moderate but last week it was definitely severe😩

On week 8 - am considering stopping for 2wks due to scheduled trip to USA and don’t wish to experience this type of emergency on flights🤞🤞

bohemian congrats on starting - yes I don’t like injections either but just take a deep breath. I still look at the instruction leaflet .. as am a nervous Nelly!! You might see a little bruise now or couple days later and this is normal…
