Murphy moved into my house as they say here.On a Saturday of course.I Have been having computer server problems past few days...bundled service off and on which loses the land phone too.I've taken it in stride knowing Tues. I will get a service call.Yesterday was a progressively warm day and I did lots of house work and some cooking so I really didnt notice the warmth in the house till evening. Then it dawned on me the central air wasn't working.After eating I loaded the dishwasher and noticed standing water! So...hand washing it was with....warm water? Well....the water heater is far from the kitchen.....under the house.....Long story short I had a cold shower...no hot water and a hot fitful nights sleep. My plan for today? Checking into a one of the best hotels in town and having dinner out!
