New kitchen. mainly question about floors

A coincidence, I have had a plumber round today for a price on a downstairs toilet under the stairs. I have been on e bay and amazon looking for tiles and flooring. I found glittery vinyl, which looks really snazzy and will be good for a small space and perk it up a bit. More glitter the better in my opinion!

Amtico in my house. Hall and porch look like oak floor boards, kitchen and bathrooms look like marble tiles. So easy to keep clean.
