GLASS PYREX CASSEROLE DISH

Does anyone have a tip for cleaning clear pyrex casserole dishes. I do not have a dishwasher and after a while despite soaking the dish and lid and scrubbing, some of the brown cooking marks will not come off. This has happened in the past and I have had to throw them away and buy new ones which is a shame, but they do not look clean after a while.

I brought those two dishes in from the rain this morning and with a little elbow grease, hot water, washing up liquid and a scouring pad (fairly soft) they came up fine. The sink needed a good clean afterwards though!

This calls for another thread on advice for cleaning popcorn charcoal stains from the sink 😄

As with op I just spray with Mr M*** and pop in a carrier bag over night outside, the day after just wipe with kitchen towel throw all in bin, then wash dish with hot soapy water. Sparkling!
(also same with casserole dishes)
