Slide and hide ovens

I’m going to replacing my current electric double oven and gas hob with an electric hob and single oven with slide and hide oven. Does anyone have one? What are the pros and cons if any, please tell me before I make an expensive mistake.
It will be under hob oven as annoyingly there is nowhere I could put it at eye level. I understand that you can slide shelves all the way out and for instance baste meat without having to remove the dish from the shelf is this so? Thanks

I was going to get a slide and hide oven but decided it was too expensive. For half the price I got an oven with a door which opened to the side (hinged on the right) so I can still reach right to the back of the oven if I need to (it's fitted at waist height)

Ah ha! I get it now……..HIDE the oven so you don’t have to cook 🤪😂🤪

Love mine. It is waist height and I don’t seem to get my glasses all steamed up.
I agree the door is a pain to clean, you have to sort of hold it out while you wipe it down. You can take it apart to clean the inner glass but I am scared to do that so get it professional done when needed, though that is not very often.
Re the induction hob, you are not really supposed to use them with a pacemaker, so DH does any cooking that requires the hob.

Induction hob is a wonderful game changer I had used gas for hobs all my life, when I moved into this flat it had a ceramic electric hob. Used that for three years before having the kitchen done. Never really like it.

Before I moved Ihad purchased a new set of cooking pans, looked ahead and ensured they were induction compliant. Only thing I had to get rid off was my 60 year old High Dome Pressure Cooker!!!
Love my Induction hobs. SO easy to keep clean and looking like new, so much shorter cooking times, so very much safer in every way.

I have one it is great wouldn’t go back to other type ever.
