Wouldn’t it be easier to open a second account with TSB?

Thank you all for your inputs. I have gone with RBS. I already have a nationwide account. Yes Germanshepherdsmum never thought of that although I could still do that …thanks

I changed to Nationwide just after Christmas and, so far, have been happy with them. The switch was dealt with quickly and efficiently without any problem. I only changed because my previous bank closed the local branch.

Nationwide are good too if you go overseas and spend - they give a good rate of exchange.
Or they did, I haven't been for so long so please check first.

Thank you both. I’ll look into those accounts! Anything simplified is good for me!

I have an RBS current account. No fees, no charges. Simple deposits and payouts.

Nationwide?

Hi I’m looking for a new bank account which I can deposit a lump sum and just use the account for online transactions. No direct debits or standing orders or rewards . I already have a TSB current account that pays all my regular bills but would like another account to keep track of my outgoing online orders ! Every one I’ve looked at seems to have fees and monthly paying in. Is there an account that is straight forward out there? Thanks .
