Things which show you are wealthy

well, I have the good teeth and no logos on clothes and minimal jewellery, but no wealth at all.Perhaps there is a grant I can apply for as I meet some of the criteria?

I don’t have a grand piano. I wear good shoes but don’t think they’re ’really good’. I obviously won’t fool those in the know despite minimal jewellery, no logos and reasonable teeth..

I don't have the space for a grand piano and my teeth are implants due to a nasty accident. I can't afford posh jewellery so wear a minimum anyway. My best shoes are from a supermarket.

I think owning more than one house is a sign as you can only live in one at a time.

I'm getting there with having good teeth. However, by the time I finish I won't be wealthy any longer.

As well as the above, here’s my country list:
Good dogs
A battered old Land Rover that’s been in the family at least 40 years
A Barbour jacket that stands up on its own
A wine cellar with stuff that was put away when you and your children were born
I can spot them from a mile off, I’m not so good with city wealth.

Coastal wealth
Owning a seaside chalet.
Keeping a Yacht in a Marina.

Casdon my DH and his friends would always stay clear of the Hooray Henry, jumping out of the latest model Range Rover Sport wearing brand new Barbour (other more expensive makes available) gear!

Casdon and Georgesgran know the score! Apparently the signs are of real wealthy, as opposed to just ‘rich’. Like ‘old’ and ‘new’ money.
(Mind you, the queen does sometimes fail on the ‘minimal jewellery’)

As a couple of others have said, often the ones with the most wealth drive battered old Land Rovers and wear equally battered old Barbour or tweed jackets, invariably accessorised with several Labradors! I qualify on the last count and I do have a fairly ancient Barbour but I can only dream of having the wealth!

Clothes and soft furnishings covered with dog hair apparently. Which means I must be incredibly wealthy

I have excellent teeth they are implants. The only jewellery I wear is my wedding and engagement ring and the earrings I made on a silversmithing course. Shoes, I have three pairs all which were quite expensive , no piano as we have no room and no tattoos (thought I would throw that in) and I ride an electric bike which cost more than my car. So do I meet a. Bit of the criteria and if so can I join the gang

I've got good teeth but I'm lucky as it runs in the (paternal) family line. Does that count as inherited wealth? In which case, I am definitely "old money"!!!!

I assume it's when you don't have to look at the price ticket on anything. I have perfected the art of not flinching when someone gives me a quote, but afterwards I have to go and sit down to recover.

I have gun dogs and a smelly Barbour too.

Well, I could borrow DH rat chewed Barbour. I do usually wear good leather brogues, just earstuds during the week, we've just won £50 on the premium bonds. My teeth are still my own. The Grands on lone to a friend at the moment, I think I qualify.

I have watched “money” fishing the exclusive beats of the Derbyshire Wye wearing Snowbee waders and armed with the finest tackle that Hardy, Orvis and Farlows of Pall Mall can lay at their feet! Whether they have grand pianos at home I don’t know, but you don’t even have to be able to play one these days - there are those that can be programmed to play themselves while you drink pre-dinner cocktails and eat canapés with your guests!?
