Does anyone use this for their credit cards and do you consider
it better than using physical card.

I get really frustrated in the checkout q with all these folks who have their shop card and payment on their phones. Why can they not load them up while waiting?.

It takes ages, especially if signal is weak and holds up the whole q while they wait until all shopping is through and into the trolley before getting their phone out, then signing in, then loading their shop card and zapping it (at least 3 goes), then signing in to pay app and zapping that!
me, I get my 2 bits of plastic out while waiting, then zap one as I start to load, and the other as soon as the operator is ready, so I finish loading while the system catches up and coupons print.
So much for progress.

You should try Apple Watch! Just need your wrist, hold it over the machine, double click and you are done.
Here in France there are lots of people who still pay by cheque.
That is frustrating....

I’m all for phone/card payments, but we still absolutely need cash and cheques for when there is no signal, computers are downforce whatever reason, etc.
I use cash wherever possible as I find it easier to budget, having it in my hot little hands..
Besides what would the tooth fairy do?

I agree, grandMattie. I pay with cash wherever I can too. It also, when checking my bank statements, looks as though I haven’t spent as much, it’s psychology.
