I think it's about time we met up again - in about three weeks' time? Hands up who agrees? And who has a suggestion for a venue?

vegasmags Fri 27-Jun-14 12:04:09

It was so good to meet up again. Thanks when - I'm so looking forward to seeing her again next week. Roll on the next meet up!

annodomini Fri 27-Jun-14 09:12:03

I echo when and Iam. It was good to let our hair down and let the chat flow.

Iam64 Fri 27-Jun-14 08:07:25

Have a lovely lunch today. I cracked a rib recently, so am keeping my driving to a minimum for the next few weeks and won't be joining you. I'll keep an eye on the forum and hope to come to a future meetup.

whenim64 Thu 26-Jun-14 09:58:05

Iam64 Wed 25-Jun-14 18:48:33

i'm failing on the being careful front annodomini. I was influenced (against my better judgement) by the recent publicity about How Very Bad fat, sugar and all other yummies are for us. So I decided to only eat Very Bad Food at the weekend. Well, as a retired person, my weekends stretch…..

annodomini Wed 25-Jun-14 18:02:37

Four lunches out which is unusual for me. Yesterday should have been a 500 calorie day but I forgot. shock

Nelliemoser Wed 25-Jun-14 17:10:20

I might as well spend another day out this week, that will be four days and two evenings. Then it's Choir Saturday afternoon and evening. Sunday at home, Monday evening out at another choir. Tuesday baby minding, Wednesday in Conwy with friends. Saturday is Mondays night concert. concert.
Help! I need a holiday. grin

annodomini Wed 25-Jun-14 16:45:19

I must have been sleeping because it's crept up on me too. I will be there as usual. See you all tomorrow.

whenim64 Wed 25-Jun-14 12:56:27

Smashing! It'll be good to see the Gransnetters again, and hopefully a couple of new faces. smile

Iam64 Wed 25-Jun-14 12:40:18

Yes - thanks when! I had this date and time in my memory, but hadn't written it in my diary, so I didn't feel entirely confident. Looking forward to seeing everyone again

whenim64 Wed 25-Jun-14 11:45:59

Bump!

whenim64 Wed 25-Jun-14 10:41:08

Is everybody still ok for our meet-up tomorrow? If seems to have arrived all of a sudden and I've just been reminded it's imminent.

seasider Tue 10-Jun-14 00:24:30

Here's the directions and location, kaka. Parking's easy - always lots of spaces, and buses go there from all around Manchester.
