Ok, We have finished digesting the the Missoni Bar's blue ice lollies and organised the theatre visit in December, now to turn our minds to October.

There were six or seven people interested in meeting then. I shall PM you all to check that you are still on, but meanwhile would anyone else like to join us?

Possible dates are:-
The first week (any day)
The 13th, 14th and 15th
The week from 17th to 23rd (any day)

Any preferences within those dates?

When and where shall we meet?

Thoroughly enjoyed meeting you all. Bletherfest is exactly the word for it Besotted !! It was hard to know where to turn and who to listen to next. Thanks for organising it all Elegran. Naturally, I will tell the family what a desperate bunch of dangerous people you all were and how lucky I was to escape at all!

I've just returned home after a thoroughly delightful few days in this fabulous city. I've always loved London, but........it's now slipped to second place!

Elegran You've been a star in organising this, and for scooping me up. sunshine

Terrific meetup with no-longer-virtual granspals, but granspals that are full of reality and life and friendship. Had a fabulous time meeting you all.

Definitely France next year....... wink

Gransnetters the competition is now closed and here is the answer. I have a kitchen drawer which is deep and holds various everyday crockery. In this kitchen drawer is a secret drawer the length of the big deep drawer which is not seen until I pull a rubber lip and behold there's the silver cutlery amongst other kitchen utensils. THATS where the bleeding key was, nesting in the corner. My sister must have gone looking for a knife to use at lunch time. She's a little lost in my kitchen and she must have nudged her key off the kitchen top into this drawer. She swore blind she was never in that drawer. WELL who was - cause I was with my favourite people in Edinburgh. grin
