I'd love to come but I'll not be long back from my Lancastrian, Norfolk and Derbyshire escapade, and it's the day before Minibags goes back to school, so I reckon I'll be zapped.

The Edinburgh festival will be on. Town might be very busy. Will the vouchers be valid for that date? Just wondering...

jane10 I've tried to contact Papavero by phone and by email I've even contacted Groupon to no avail as yet. What do I do ( buy another 2 vouchers in the hope another GN wants to come) taking our numbers up to 8. Wait a couple of days and try booking again. Help!

Perhaps we should have somewhere else in view as a backup in case they are going to be crowded out in August?

Sorry Elizabeth1 . I didn't mean to worry you. Its just that we're hearing up for the invasion of festival goers/tourists when the town seems jam packed. I hope you get through to Groupon or the restaurant to put your mind at rest. I'm quite happy to just pay without needing a voucher.

Got through to Papavero and they have my booking for the 2 vouchers for 4 people. I've also booked an additional 4 hip hip hooray. No need to buy any more Groupons she said she'll accept payment when arrived. Papaveros is closed on a Monday that's why I could contact them oops.

So it's finalised the booking is for 8 people on the 16th August at 1pm. We're going to have a smashing time. Marella this includes your pal too.
