Meet up in Oxford

I cannot to Thursdays.... not that I have been to Oxford for a meet up before...ut I could possibly make it!

I can do 13th or 20th.

I can do 3rd 10th 13 Oct ( possibly 27th.)

Is there any Monday you could do dramatictessa ?

I could do the Monday or Tuesday of half term but not Thursdays

Can anyone else do the Monday of half term ?

I can do 20th October and 14 November, but none of the others as I am away.

When is the Monday of half term?

24th October which wasn't on our original list.

Will you be on holiday then Monica ?

Can't do Mondays or Wednesdays as those are nana duty days.

I think Roses finds Fridays difficult.

Yes, Fridays and Wed are days I want to avoid, but can do most Mon Tue and Thu, however Greenfinch arrange what is best for the most number of people.

No one date suits more than 3 people and so I am going to have to settle on Thursday 13th October and hope at least some of us can make it.Shall we say the Ashmolean about 10.30 ~11am ?

A rose would be lovely but a bright scarf attached to a handbag is often the sign.It will be lovely to meet you dramatictessa.

Are we meeting in the rooftop restaurant or the basement cafe?!

The basement....last time I put some pink roses on the table, so I could do that again,as well as a bright scarf.I will be the one eating a large slice of cake.

So sorry about this, but I'm not able to come on 13th now, been asked to do some work that I can't afford to turn down.

We have decided to abandon the meet up on 13th October as so few people were able to attend.We are working on finding another date to suit at least a few of us.

The new date for the meet up is 20th October at 11ish in the basement cafe of the Ashmolean.

Can you still make that date MOnica and dramatictessa?
