Franbern, I am so glad everything worked out for you after all the stress and worry over the move. I wish you much peace and happiness in your new home but we will miss you at the meet ups.

I attended my first Gransnet Meet up for North Somerset last week - first one for this new group - six of us - not bad to start - and it was very successful.
I am very happy in my flat in Weston S Mare - really enjoying living on one level and also having everything so very close to me. Was really worth all the heartache and stress of the selling/buying process.

I see Tim Martin is refusing to pay his staff until the government can get money to them. He as told them to “get jobs in Tesco”. I for one do not want to go back to the George or any other of his places.
When all this is over can we find somewhere else in Wanstead for our meet-ups?
