Roma witch hunt

Havent read much about this but saw the word McCann, isn't this the only child that has gone missing in the last few years?
We have been told how lucky we are to have a multicultural society, and what benefits it brings, sorry don't know enough to give a list,but for security reasons, and that alone, we will not have a camp in the garden of No10, (please tell me you know what I mean byNo10)

I don't recall being told that I was "lucky" to have a multicultural society. Who was it who uttered such a mindless statement? What has the garden of No 10 got to do with this incident?

I wont bother, only to say that if a camp appears in your garden, it will be months before it is removed.
None so blind as those who don't want to see.

Do camps – Roma, Travellers or bwhoever – suddenly appear in people's gardens? I've never heard of such a thing but am prepared to be corrected if that really is the case.

I still can't think of anyone saying it was "lucky" to live in a multicultural society, although I can recall various people discussing the benefits of doing so.

I have read about groups camping out in the communal gardens of the type of very expensive terraced Georgian London townhouses built around squares with gardens, usually surrounded by railings and yes the residents did have a battle to evict them and they also said that these gardens were littered with mattresses and covered in human waste.

I have just watched at BBC London report, usual footage of pavements being swilled down with disinfectant in the morning. It was stated there have been cases where councils have paid from them to go home but they return due to the impoverished conditions in Romania. The problem is they come without any money and pitch up in Hyde Park, or any green area such as the gardens specified above. I don't know how why these people should become London's responsibility. Why is it they don't they get the appropriate help from the country they emanate from surely they are their citizens. Apparently there is a full report about this on Inside Out, maybe just in the London area at 7.30. tonight.

BAnanas - your question about why the Roma gypsies don't get appropriate help from the country they emanate from has been answered earlier I think. The Roma community is ostracised and excluded from societies, all over Europe is seems. The Roma community hasn't only settled in London, we have a growing community in the north west, and I'm sure that will be the same in all major towns and cities.

I know everyone tries to be politically correct where Roma/Gypsies/travellers are concerned; It's a real problem. The crime rate always shoots up wherever they are, they don't operate within our laws and yet expect to get handouts from the state, school, medical etc when they contribute nothing at all to our society.They are also scornful of our society, believe me [as one who knows] you would not want them to be camped anywhere near you.They will have to be assimilated into every country, and the only way this can happen is to move them on and not give any state handouts , however hard it sounds. Otherwise it will go on forever, and that's not fair to society nor fair to the children of these people who could have better and more productive lives.They cause a lot of harm to people [botched driveways, roofing etc] this is how they live, and pay for the 'big fat gypsy weddings' etc.They have also been found to keep mentally frail people as slaves [here in UK] to go out working on jobs for them then treat them worse than dogs.We will be weak with them at our peril, it has to stop.
