Hope this is not “fake news” but relief from the endless speculation.
Good luck to them! ??

Sorry to correct you Sarahellenwhitney but Lady Diana Spencer was never “Princess Diana”. On her marriage to the POW she became HRH the Princess of Wales and after the divorce she was stripped of the HRH.

I believe it is only princesses of royal blood who take the title “princess so and so”. Diana acquired the title only through her husband.

I’m very happy for Harry and Meghan but I really can’t be bothered with months of celebrating a marriage between two people I don’t know.

I just love the idea of her (divorced) parents being added to the royal Christmas celebrations!

Cheers to Harry and Meghan. I'm one very happy bunny. It's refreshing to have good news to celebrate.

She'll certainly be far better off than my ( British) son who tried to bring his Asian wife of 15 years to live in the country. She was told she was being sent back to her country of origin at her own expense leaving my son in tears and the two children shrieking ' Mummy, mummy'.. they now a little further forward after an immigration lawyer was briefed and some of his house deposit savings expended.
Even though his wife is now working, pays NI and has never had any treatment on the state, son is required to pay a lump sum up front for her in case state assistance is required and she needs to renew her visa every 2 years, I think.
One of the fatuous requirements was that we provide photographic evidence that they were married..... work photos ( they ran their own company) were not allowed and we just do not take snaps all the time.
no I am not rejoicing for the latest would-be immigrant. The same rules should apply universally

I don’t give a witches tit for any of them. They are an anachronism of which we should be rid.Throw in the church and I’d be one happy camper.Good riddance to all of them! Viva the republic!!

Lets hope he does a pre-nup. She was married before and I've no doubt that one was the ONE, and it was forever. Some of us may not see it fall apart but I've a feeling it will. She is not a keeper.

Princess Anne did married after her divorce and got round the C of E disapproval by taking herself and her intended off to Scotland (Balmoral) if I remember right, as the Kirk doesn't consider marriage a sacrament and isn't bothered how many times you do it, or if your previous spouse is still in the land of the living.

I think GN has got hiccups!

You don't know that jimmyrfu - I have friends who married briefly, disastrously, when they were young and then married for a second time. One lot are off celebrating their 45th wedding anniversary at the moment.

Who is to tell?

I hope she keeps up this stance. Brilliant speech at the UN. I found this on the 50/50 website for 50% women MPs.
He could have done a lot worse if this is the way she still thinks.

Jalima1108 Tue 28-Nov-17 17:42:40

I think she will - and I think she will be a great influence on Harry too; let's hope that together they will be a force for good in the world.

Once the media stop waffling on about all the other, well waffle for want of a better word.
