It must be tedious having to turn up in posh gear everywhere instead of slopping about in jeans as I do.

Looks to me as though she’s still finding her feet a bit. Still not quite there, it’s much nicer but a little staged perhaps by an adviser. I feel it’s lacking her own personality somehow.

Lovely hat, nice frock. But not the two together. The hat was too formal and structured for a casual frock. IMHO

I really loved the hat when I first saw it.

I am not a big fan of that dress. Seems casual for a member of the Royal Family at Ascot.

I also think Clare Waight Keller routinely puts her in things that are a couple of inches too long.

But then no one ever appointed me to head Givenchy, so what do I know!!

In anyone else I would think it was insecurity, but she seems to have confidence in abundance.
