I think it is spiteful, cruel, racist and all those things. I would not like to be associated with those attitudes.

I have news for all the racists here (if any) ....in about 100 years there will be no 'pure' British.....with all the inter racial marriages, mixed race children.........all my 6 grandchildren are mixed race. So too, some of my friends.

If DB had posted this with reference to the birth of any mixed race baby I would have felt exactly the same - it’s nothing to do with the royal issue.

Having seen the picture and the comment posted with it about the royal baby leaving hospital I too believe it to be racist. I also think he knew exactly what he was doing but was banking on the antagonism shown by many towards Meghan to protect him.

As someone who has experienced racism I can assure you that in no way could it be taken as a "joke".
