I wondered how long it would be - this BBC employed racist has tweeted a photo( which I won’t post) likening Archie to a chimpanzee. He’s now deleted it and issued a totally inadequate apology ( not that there could be an adequate one). What an absolute shit - I really think he should be sacked immediately
Hope he won’t be allowed back in like Jonathan Ross was! A racist idiot who has, stupidly, messed up his career and his life. Always switch over or off when he appears on tv.
Don’t be so pathetic lemon you keep trying to link support of DB with being left wing which is a stupid comment which flies in the face of most posts on here and completely ignores the foul racism which is endemic on the right wing..
What it comes down to is that most people on this thread think that a well paid employee of the BBC would deliberately risk his career and his livelihood, by deliberately posting a racist tweet that was definitely going to get him sacked. You think he had some sort of career suicide wish?
lemon has your account been infiltrated? Even by your standards your comments on this thread are bizarre, what the hell has left wing/right wing got to do about it? Are you aware of Baker's voting pattern? Silly comments.
Gone DB has been sacked 3 times by the BBC in the past, so I expect he has got the impression he can do what he likes and will always be taken back into the fold.
Plenty of "well paid employees" risk their careers and livelihoods to do stupid things, usually because they are arrogant - someone has mentioned Jonathan Ross for one.
It doesn't matter what 'most people' think about why he would do it Gone - let's keep our focus on the real issue, which is he posted a racist and hugely offensive photo. Most people on here applaud the BBC for their swift response. and only a couple seem to be unable to grasp the seriousness of his actions.
Gonegirl I didn't mean the BBC bosses but the antagonism shown towards Meghan by many of the general public (and some GNs). He probably thought he would get so many "likes" (or whatever it is on twitter) that the BBC would just hand him a reprimand
