GrannyGravy13 Mon 28-Oct-19 18:13:22

GrannyGravy13 Mon 28-Oct-19 18:14:02

Bsthsheba Brilliant

Pantglas2 Mon 28-Oct-19 18:24:00

Hilarious Bathsheba! It ties in with another thread where I deplore levels of bureaucracy and government to which we are subjected!

varian Mon 28-Oct-19 18:42:22

The funny thing is that lots of folk who deplore bureaucracy went and voted for far more bureaucracy!

Loiria Mon 28-Oct-19 18:53:28

Brilliant - except for the swearword, of course!

Pantglas2 Mon 28-Oct-19 18:59:19

Nope varian, nice try - check out my post on the ‘can anyone apart from the elite....’thread

varian Mon 28-Oct-19 18:59:29

Who'd vote for this pile of s..t?

fiorentina51 Mon 28-Oct-19 20:25:47

Here's one that caught my eye.

paintingthetownred Mon 28-Oct-19 20:28:02

Hello no. Don't think it is at all funny this thread. In fact it is a threat of violence towards parliament and democracy..
Don't think this is very funny. At. all
reported it to HQ.
Don't have much faith in them anyway but this thread is way out of order.

Bluddy hell pttr talk about sense of humour lobotomy!

Pantglas2 Mon 28-Oct-19 20:31:39

Ha ha - now this is where the words ‘Oh dear’ are well and truly justified....

I laugh again and again on these threads and have my views disrespected on a regular basis without ever resorting to calling folks bullies. We can all express a view without the name calling.

SirChenjin Mon 28-Oct-19 20:43:53

Ahh well, humour is subjective as we all know. In life you either laugh or cry - and I prefer to laugh (or however the saying goes).

Urmstongran Mon 28-Oct-19 20:43:56

pttr don’t be daft lass.

Cartoons and jokes about politics are the stuff of life!

pinkquartz Mon 28-Oct-19 20:45:34

Humour is like a safety valve.

I have often wondered why we want to burn Guy when the H o C is full of...........

Sorry Painting but it is funny There is nothing wrong with a joke for anyone who can see it is just a joke. just a safety valve.

paintingthetownred Mon 28-Oct-19 20:47:39

No. Humour is not a free for all.
Democracy is very important and I don't think it is at all funny for anyone to be posting about how important it is to blow parliament up. We need parliament more than ever.

And no. I am not a 'LASS; thanks .

I'm all for jokes, but this is not one of them .

That's OK painting - you don't have to find it funny. That's the beauty of humour, there are no rules about what we should and shouldn't find funny smile

Are there any Brexit related memes you do find funny that might appeal to both remainers and leavers that you'd like to share?

Urmstongran Mon 28-Oct-19 20:54:44

I can’t believe you’ve reported this thread pttr

In the words of the great John McEnroe ‘you cannot be serious!’
?

trisher Mon 28-Oct-19 21:09:09

Here's one for the remainers
