Did anyone notice his eye movements during the press conference? Isn't there some link between eye movements and lying?

The Q&A on TripAdvisor are very funny, they had removed the reviews last time I looked?.
I thought his eye movements were really weird when asked about informing the PM.

Interesting. A barrister on twitter, David Allen Green, who I've been following for years, analysed a transcript of part of Cummings' statements, the bit about the visit to Barnard Castle. He (DAG) said that he's been reading Cummings' blogs for a long time and the style of the statement was nothing like his usual writing style. What it did resemble closely (and, being a barrister he will be very familiar with them) was a Statement, as given to the police in connection with a crime. It was very 'lawyerly', he said. (I've given statements on more than one occasion and I must say I think he's right).

But if a lawyer was involved in writing/producing Cummings' statement they surely would not have allowed him to incriminate himself by declaring that he was probably unfit to drive when he took his little eye tester trip to Barnard Castle?

Just seen another inconsistency on another forum. DC who was too ill to accompany his wife and child in the ambulance, drove to the hospital to collect them the very next morning because "there were no taxis" Not that Mary Wakefield should have even have considered exposing a taxi driver to coronavirus in the first place.Hmmm, not one of the ever concerned sister or nieces couldn't have gone to collect them. Thought they were in Durham just for that kind of family support? It just keeps on unravelling.

Do you remember Cummings saying in defence of some criticism of his handling of the virus that he had written about the potential for a pandemic “ last year”.

Apparently he has gone into last years blog and updated it with stuff about the potential pandemic!!

That has been challenged and No 10 has acknowledged that it has been updated. Well they could hardly do anything else could they?

One bit but there is a better one that explains it in detail. Apparently there is a way of knowing when something has been updated. And Cummings updated it after the rose garden gate

NEW: No 10 source acknowledges blog was indeed updated, but says the original version from last year linked to an article [in the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists] which did discuss coronaviruses [in the bits not quoted from originally but subsequently added].

It’s called a Wayback machine, and can identify all subsequent entries and the dates they were entered.

Clever isn’t it?

Well technically it doesn’t stop fraud, but helps accountants and security forces to identify fraud. I haven’t a clue how it works, but a computer bod has no difficulty with it.

I’m surprised old “massive brain” didn’t realise this existed. Either that or he has totally underestimated the opposition in his game.

And of course adding bits about a potential pandemic that is now known by scientists but making it look as if he did it last year, makes him appear at first glance far brainier than he actually is.

Happy to keep the fires burning. DC has managed to alienate the press, the civil service and an army of Tory MPs with his intellectual arrogance and dismissive attitude, never mind the Remainers.

He has become a liability to the governing party; and if Boris, as has been suggested, cannot cope without him, then he is not fit to be Prime Minister.

I’m surprised people are still defending him. Especially those who sneer at the notion of the elite. Dominic Scummings is so obviously one of those with bells on. We all know what company his sister is in charge of?
