I think that’s when you include his house. I think real millionaires do not have to include their primary residences - if not, then me too.

What is wrong with being a millionaire? Most socialists I know don't want everyone to be the same, but for everyone to be given equal chances, and for millionaires, billionaires and all- to pay fair taxes to support those in need.

Billionaires aren't... A few might have had working class origins but most are middle class +. But they apparently are the people who understand the working classes better than anyone else..

I must confess that when I think of millionaires I never think of the value of their primary residence or even their pension fund. I think instead of people who have additional assets worth millions and for whom going out to work is an optional extra.

Essex is a Tory county with Tory MPs, a Tory council and mainly Tory district councils. Does anybody honestly think these Tories care any more about the "red wall" than London and city-based Labour does?

And I was brought up to tell the truth, pity that Johnson wasn't eh? Urm, I think you need to have a bit of a lie down, anyone who thinks the BBC is a socialist conspiracy as you evidently do, hasn't listened to the recent criticism of the BBC and Laura Kuennsberg in particular, being known as the Brexit Broadcasting Company and conveniently relegating news items which are potentially critical of Johnson to the 'and in other news' area. This conflict of interpretation could mean that (a) the BBC are impartial as they should be or (b) even they can no longer ignore the elephant in the room ie Johnson's corruption and lies.

Ironically Urmstongran you voted against the organisation which provided more finance for the deprived areas of the UK than any Tory government ever will.

If Mr.Johnson is found by an enquiry or a court of law to have acted illegally then he should be sanctioned or even jailed.

Until that time it is just speculation and unsubstantiated tell-tales

This is not a vote of support for all his actions by the way, but it is the way UK Justice system works.

It wasn't used by me, GG13. Unless my fingers refused to obey me, I typed 'billionaire Rishi'. It was you who brought up the matter of 'millionaires'.

I don't use the word with disdain because I am absolutely aware that it is commonplace these days with property values being so inflated. If we lived in the south our property would be worth 2 or 3 times what it is now and put us in that bracket.
