I wonder how Biden will fare in the 5 hour talks with Putin. He normally has a hard time carrying a sentence so hope his aides are on the ball with his ear piece. No sign of Jill this time.

He's a very experienced politician - unlike his predecessor.

ps I know nothing about the dark web but have heard of it and of all the conspiracy theories that abound there.

Although Biden is a liberal he is not a “Dove” during the crisis in Ukraine earlier this year, he had to be talked out of getting involved. He does listen to his advisors who knew getting involved would make it worse and warships were withdrawn from the Black Sea. Putin is a tyrant no doubt, it is in nobody’s interest to start a confrontation or push Russia even closer to China. With trouble brewing in Belarus now, the west would do well to stay out of any trouble there.

That's a bit of a garbled headline, isn't it? It makes it sound as though the MPs are undertaking an enquiry.

The group are actually in court asking for permission to take the government to court over its failure to investigate the extent of Russian influence on our democratic processes.
