I've just tried to send for a pack of LFTs via the government web site.

There are none available.

(I'd screenshot the page but I've never got the hang of screenshotting...)

Where does this leave us all?

Stop taking the tests, stop reporting the results and get on with your lives.

And the numbers will drop dramatically
Success! ?

FYI

Just heard from a friend in Georgia that LFTs are hard to find in the States in Michigan, California and Georgia. He doesn’t mention anywhere else. They are not free in the USA.

I have to take a LFT test every time I visit my mum in a care home. I also follow the same testing regime as the staff there, a PCR test twice a week, as I have Essential Care Givers status which means I can go into my mums bedroom rather than just see her in a visitors pod.

I also take a LFT test before going to any WI meeting, we are asked to take one to protect others and it is part of the risk assessment the committee have to do.

So some of us do need these tests, it’s part of getting on with our lives!

PCR tests are free in some States, my sister lives in New Hampshire and can have free tests.

... and keep your head firmly stuck in the sand. Sure, that will definitely bring cases down! hmm
