I couldn't listen to what Truss was saying this morning as I was too busy listening to how she was saying it; has anyone else noticed the deepening of the voice, the careful precise pronunciation a la Thatcher?

Like Johnson, Truss is a mere opportunist - she used to be a Liberal Democrat, Republican, and Remainer.

At least Thatcher was true to her beliefs!

As Johnson does like to be photographed wearing all these various outfits could they not build a room in No 10 like Mr Benn had so he can go in and come out in a different costume? Then they could have various scenarios set up for him to have his photo taken and job done.

Now I have no issues at all with Cressida Dick's sexuality. Or that she has another Met officer as her partner, Helen Ball, whom she appointed in 2017.
