Virginia Giuffre and the missing picture

Very, very odd. I’m now almost on the verge of believing PA, when he says he has no recollection of her and that the photo was doctored

I've always thought there was something 'off ' about the photo and if it's been 'lost' well, what else is there to say?

I’ve seen a picture of her on a private yacht in exactly the same top and trousers. But the coincidence was: her arms are in the same position as the one with Andrew. It made me think.

Her lawyers are now saying the photo isn’t material to the case.

A bit of a change of tune there?

How interesting. And how very careless.?

But everyone has now seen that photo, and can't wipe from their memory what their eyes have seen, so even though it is lost it is "virtually" there in the evidence.

Presumably having it identified as fake would bring her other statements into question?

I’m don’t know how it works in a civil case.

Yes, I've seen that online too. And no doubt PA's lawyers have.

... and forgot to say that she was standing in the same position too.

I have to say that I've also been very dubious about that photo. Her face, and in particular her eyes, don't appear to me as she is being forced to do anything she didn't want to do.

Well I have loked at them both and if I had to pick a fake I'd say it is the yacht picture. Very plain background- much easier than the complicated arrangement of arms on the party one, including G. Maxwell's arms. One arm has an obvious black line around it and the hand in an odd position, the other arm has disappeared under something (coat?). Whereas on the party one you can plainly see her hand behind Andrew.

The highlights in her hair are identical in both photographs

But cannot be used in evidence if it's been 'lost' Elegran or if PA's legal team haven't had the opportunity to verify its authenticity.

I would think that would be the case Peasblossom as even in a civil case evidence is given under oath.

I haven’t seen the yacht photo. Can anyone post a link to it?

You're welcome Gsm. I think there is so much that shows it's been doctored That whatever it is covering the arm that was round Andrew. The very bad shading behind her other arm (they couldn't even match the colour). The very odd hand on that arm and the black line around it- all signs of photo-shopping.

Thanks Trisher - just look at her left hand ….something’s not right ..

She keeps a photograph for 21 years and then loses it , well her lawyer loses it because surely it was with him.

And under lock and key you’d assume Anniebach!

Definitely Urmstongran it is surely the most important piece of evidence

If I was going to fake a photo I’d do better than that yacht one ?

But I still wonder why they didn’t want the other one looked at by experts.

Who brought out the yacht one? Do we know?
