Saying measures should be considered is not the same as advocating their immediate adoption.

Indeed it's not, is it Blossoming. It is quite likely that more countries will use these measures as a "red line" against the threat of the use of chemical weapons. This would be the next step in Putin's "play book" if he follows his normal pattern.

But of course, rather than find out the facts, it's much better to tear into another woman. Sadly, I don't think that is likely to stop at any time soon.

Ms Sturgeon's comment was actually quite frightening. I'm glad she is not in charge of defence. What surprised me is she is not a stupid woman, but I really question her wisdom here. If we have a no- fly zone over Ukraine, which Russia then ignores. We are all in this war. The only way to protect a no- fly zone is with military intervention. Putin has been testing UK reaction times for years, why do you think Russian fighter jets have been flying over here every so often? Sadly, our First Minister seems not to have noticed.

I have no confidence her, it is embarrassing to watch her.
Unfortunately, there is no-one to take her place. There is a distinct lack of statespersons (in the true definition of the word) in this incompetent government.

As for Shortbread Senate, it may not exactly be xenophobic, but it is offensive.
I have a friend who is an MSP, not SNP by the way, it is insulting and disrespectful to use that term. There are a lot of talented members of the Scottish Parliament, who are trying their utmost to do their best for the Scottish people.

What saddens me are obvious anti Scottish vibes on here, stirred up yet again by the the same poster.
