Some men do fetishize those things too.

They'll claim to have period pains, they'll put some sort of red concoction inside themselves so it leaks out, they'll join antenatal and postnatal groups that are for mothers, they'll use hormones to produce some sort of discharge from their nipples and make their baby suck on it.

I always thought I was basically unshockable, especially after working for 27+years in care. Then I joined Twitter and found out that I wasn’t. Some of the posts by the AGPs would “gie ye the dry boak”.
One the other day claimed that he’s worked out the menstrual cycle of his “favourite” waitress in a local cafe, and ensures that he follows her into the UNISEX toilets once she’s come out when it’s that time of the month. Seriously though - all the breast-beating about being kind, and not being bigoted, and letting people be their best selves is a joke when you see this sort of thing. If these intact men are invading our spaces in order to get their kicks in ways like this, where does it end? And what about our dignity and privacy?

This is one of the reasons why I distinguish between the surgically transitioned and those who claim to 'just know they are women'. The former group have at least made a commitment, whereas the latter could be anyone with any motive, and we have no way of knowing.

And if we complain, we are being unreasonable. It's utterly terrifying.

It's time 'trans' people owned their reality as trans, instead of claiming to be the opposite sex .

AN If you specifically do not want a transperson attending you then I think you should be specific in that and then the hospital can oblige if possible.
It should be sufficient for me to state that I want a female person attending me.
That way , the transwoman, who knows they are not female, regardless of whether they call themselves woman or not would, if they are honest not attend me.
I’m not anti trans, I simply feel that there are areas where women deserve their rights observed.

yes I agree on this - as people said about having some sort of registration card.

So those who have medically/surgically transitioned and are living their entire life as the other sex can be considered that sex
- yes I know they are not genetically so, but just refusing to acknowledge any transition or any gender dysmorphia does seem anti trans to me.

It's not anti trans. It's a protected belief in this country. I dont believe in God this doesnt mean I am anti Christians.

No, I thought perhaps some sort of proof of commitment might stop the "chancers", but it's not really going to work.

The only solution to loos is probably keep ladies loos for biological females, keep mens loos for biological men, and have an extra gender neutral lol, that anyone can use.

The trouble with that is that in existing buildings the loos are where they are, and adding new ones costs a fortune because of plumbing issues. What invariably happens is that the Gents' stay the same, and the Ladies' gets converted to 'gender-neutral', meaning that women have to wait even longer to have a wee, and still have to share their private space with men.

I think being as specific as possible in requests (any requests at all) helps there be no misunderstanding.
I don 't see that as complicated.
