I think that Alegrias finally understood that trying to be reasonable with some posters was just a waste of time for her, and that some were just so set in their ways that they would never listen to reason. Also that there were some posters who would just try to make her angry for no reason, just because they could. Its a sad state of affairs. I wish Alegrias could just have ignored those nasty posters, but it was not to be.

Here in Spain they’re a lot more understanding of the concept of non political figureheads having reinstated theirs almost half a century ago after turbulent times.

You are right about that JaneJudge. Having been on the receiving end of some real nastiness twice now it’s very tempting to name and shame but obviously I’d be the one to get banned. Best not to care any more than they do

GG13 if you block them they can't send you any more PMs and it is my choice to carry on posting. I'm just a bit mindful that this may happen to other posters and that's why they get so passionate on threads.

Has anyone seen Michael Sheen's video about it? It's 7 minutes long has a blustery wind blowing through it, is completely respectful to the Royal family's loss but it's a cracker. I highly recommend it - even if you just scroll through to the last sentence.
