It is a complicated game called "When is a penis not a penis"
The rule seems to be when it is one constructed by surgery, unless it's a man who is having one constructed, in which case it is a penis but if it's a transman (who some think is still a woman) then it isn't.
I don't know if similar rules apply to other plastic surgery.
So I'm not sure if a nose reconstruction is a nose or not.

No but logic is.
If a rhinoplasty constructs a nose then a phalloplasty constructs a phallus.
You may not want to call it such.You may not like it. But there it is.
Of course the fact that you think the person I would call a transman and some think is still a woman chooses to call it a penis should probably be taken into account. If you believe women should have freedom of choice. But it seems that other women have the right to dictate to them even what their body parts are called.
Which is what happens when you start to dictate who is what. You impinge on other's rights, even other women's.

I am still young enough to remember my Biology classes, if a body has a penis then the person is 100% male.

To think and/or deny this is perpetuating a myth originating from men.

A nose reconstruction is a reconstructed nose. A woman can't have a reconstructed penis because biology determined that as a woman/female she wouldn't have one to begin with.

What about someone wearing a sheepskin coat? Are they a percentage sheep? That is a closer analogy, really. They could so easily be a wolf underneath.

Should you choose to have something attached to your face you wanted to call a trunk and asked me to call you an elephant I would probably do so. After all what harm will it do me? And it might make you feel very happy.

Have I ever called you GC? Because I do not believe that to be the case

The world is bigger than gransnet and I often talk about those who self identify as GC

There was a whole forum of them on reddit before they were removed

I've also asked people if they really want to be aligned with certain GC views. Logic dictates I would not ask that if I had labelled everyone here as GC
