I have been dipping in and out of this enquiry.

Anyone listening to this would never ever for one mili-second consider voting Tory ever again.

All those percentages, I was in a room with a several hundreds of people for days on end lots of other staff too, half the people weren’t wearing the mask properly either, either I was susceptible or I wasn’t. After about a year I did test positive but I’d already had 2 doses of vaccine by then.

If we’re able to operate more or less normally so could have most other businesses, the restrictions should have been, isolate if you are vulnerable.

Obviously there were no emergency supplies of PPE for hospitals or care homes that was a major failing.

I believe the cost of movement restrictions and test and trace was money wasted and I hope that it’s not repeated in any future pandemic.

Of the various government figures due to be giving evidence to the Inquiry next month, so far, Sunak can't find his whatsapp messages, Simon Case, Cabinet secretary has just gone on indefinite sick leave and Matt Hancock is demanding immunity from prosecution...

I wonder what ruse Johnson will come up with...😂

Did anyone listen to Patrick Grant ( sewing bee) on Desert Island discs.
His experience dealing with the government on PPE sums up what a f%#£&*g debacle it was.

He switched his business to making PPE like many did.
He knew there are thousands of home machinists in the country. He and other companies could deliver the pieces to people at home to make up.
The departments response was that it couldn’t work because everyone would have to have a health and safety check
He told them they had lost their mind.

Are the polititians of the day legally obliged to co-operate with the enquiry.

If they are open with the Public enquiry wouldn’t that prejudice any possible criminal case, if there was any dodgy dealing.
