Is anyone interested in the terror attack in Moscow?

I was shocked when I saw the horrific terrorist attack which took place in Moscow a couple of days ago. These things always shock me and fill me with horror. All these people did was go to a concert hall and 137 of them ended up dead and many others injured. Islamic State have claimed responsibility, however Putin is blaming the Ukrainians.
There has been no thread started on Gransnet about it, which I find interesting. Is it because there is less empathy for the Russian people because of their vile war in Ukraine? I think we all probably support Ukraine in the war, but have we lost our empathy for innocent people caught up in a terrible terrorist attack because they’re Russians?

maddyone has reminded us that what we say ‘we know’ isn’t always the case. It’s what is reported in the public realm.
Some things are more believable than others, but there are only some things we can say are absolute facts.
As to BBC Verify, they recently got into trouble for reporting as fact everything a journalist they used in Gaza, told them. Found to be deeply antiIsrael but they swallowed everything he said.

Yes the Communists are schizophrenic .demons. They are Psychopaths and nutcases and of course unaware of danger. I will start a Vendetta against them.

Putin is not a communist and Russia is no longer a communist state.

After the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991, the country was raided by Russian oligarchs , ultra-capitalists, who stole most of the assets (eg oil and gas companies, and other formerly nationalised industries) which belonged to the Russian people.

These thieves store their money in Swiss bank accounts and in properties in the west - especially in London (sometimes called Londinistan).

These thieves, and Putin is the most successful, - probably the richest man in the world -have moved about as far away from communism as you can get

In 2024 Russia is an ultra-capitalist dictatorship.

Trump would like to emulate this model if, by some awful mischance, he should win the 2024 US election, he will quickly transform the USA into a dictatorship, following Putin's example..

Monica, I’m really fed up of this tit for tat that you are engaging in, and I wanted to move on, as I normally do. Least said, soonest mended, as is often said, but it appears you cannot let it go. Therefore I will say please do not misrepresent what I have said. It is verifiable on this thread that I have not said that the BBC is not to be believed because it is so biased and on someone’s side or other. I repeat, I did not say that, and so I will respectfully request that if you wish to quote me in future, please quote me correctly, and not whatever you think I’ve said.

For reference, I actually said I do not believe everything the BBC reports.
