If this doesn't show people that biological sex is actually rather complicated and that with the 21 differences in 17 genes of trans people already found... We need far more research into gender dysphoria and the biological reasons it could be happening... I don't know what will
But the fact remains that calling someone who was assigned female at birth and has always lived as a woman, a man is not ok.
Why does every mention of fairness to women eventually attract a comment on transgender?
Biological sex is immutable, and determined at conception. For virtually 100% of people it is not complicated, the tiny percentage of people born with indeterminate genitalia or other dsds is not reason to throw science out of the window. That a tiny percentage of people are born missing limbs, eyes or indeed organs does not alter the fact that humans are meant to be binocular, bipedal, two armed and with functioning ears.
Boxing insisted on weight limits to the point of an Indian competitor cutting her hair but still being disqualified because she was over weight by a medium sized banana. Sex testing they claim would be horrific. A simple cheek swab more horrific than being publicly weighed and cutting your long hair off?
The fact remains that if someone is mistakenly assigned female at birth but goes through a male puberty, then that person is not qualified to participate in the female class of segregated sports, no matter how they have “lived”
